Thailand was named the best country to start a business for a second year by US News, Wuttikrai Leeveeraphan, director-general of the Commerce Ministry’s Business Development Department, said on Tuesday (August 25).

VIETNAM MOVED up nine notches in the World Bank’s “Doing Business 2017” report. The country climbed to 82nd position from 91st last year, in the list covering more than 190 economies.
